We're a gluten-free bakery located in Alliance, Ohio that began in 2003. All of our items are made from scratch with passion. Our mission is to help those who suffer from Celiac Disease or a gluten intolerance, but still want delicious baked goodies.
Hours
Our goodies can be obtained on a first-come, first-served basis on Thursday 9am-1pm, Friday 9am-4pm, or Saturday 9am-2pm.
For a specific order of goodies, call us on Wednesday through Saturday from 9am-4pm.
We're closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

If you're looking for a casual visit, then come by on Thursday 9am-1pm, Friday 9am-4pm, or Saturday 9am-2pm. There's always a variety of baked goodies in the store front. Please keep in mind not all of our goodies are available for purchase at the store front and some sell out rather quickly, especially the dairy-free options! If you desire specific goodies for yourself or for an occasion, then browse our menu for some ideas or give us a call for recommendations. We take orders by phone on Wednesday through Saturday at 9am-4pm. You'll be given a price and instructions for pickup. Click HERE to give us a call.
Yes! Inquire for more information. This may depend on which menu item. Our most common alterations include cookies with a custom mix of ingredients or alternative types of icing.
Yes! The owner is a Celiac. Jan does her utmost to keep the bakery completely gluten-free, for the peace of mind of both herself and her customers.
We unfortunately don't do any of these options, but we do offer several alternatives such as Dairy-Free and Corn-Free for specific items. Visit our menu or inquire by calling on how we can assist you.
